Flew in on our path to Destin. Stopped in for fuel and to stretch our legs..met John Coleman the airport manager. He talked to me about my cardinal !! He was very cordial, offered to give us a vehicle to run into town and eat, or stay the night if we needed to get hotel lodging, we were able to depart and made it to Destin..avoided quite a few weather cells on our way to Destin. Would certainly plan to stop here again...good fuel the pumps worked. The fuel tank had recently been cleaned,

What a good airport! Although it only has one or approach, the facilities are superb. The airport manager was super friendly , and came out to assist fuel not just my plane, but the other plane behind me. Clean restroom if needed and snacks with the honor system. if you're looking for a place to put down with reasonable fuel, certainly think about stopping here.
