Fine place to fly for day or stay. Simple walk to town / beach. The TAF was showing fog for our arrival. A closer look showed that data comes from KCEC 40mi to the south. A call to the airport said it was severe clear and it was. Can be quite windy though. Airport staff is good. Diane was so helpful with the car rental. Tie down chains are very funky and need work. Only got one to fit securely. Few amenities, but airport is fine. Stayed at Tu Tu Tun Lodge: fantastic.

one of the most lovely airports in the world, track the river from the east sets up perfect for crossind entry to a left downwind over the beach for 34, and experience one of the most amazing approaches anywhere, highly suggested short walk to the beach

Fine spot to stop for lunch. Eateries are 5-10 min walk. Rv park across the runway has yurts for rent if you want to spend a few days on the coast and do some fishing.
