Good small stopover if you need to stretch your legs or take a rest. Lots of parking space on the ramp, pilot lounge can be accessed using the same code as the gate and has a clean bathroom inside as well as a conference table and some seats. Runway is fine condition, windsocks extremely hard to see from the air. Winds can be tricky in the immediate area so be careful.

Fine pilot lounge with bathroom. Runway in good condition. Tetrahedron is missing tail fin so won't give good indication of the wind direction, use wind socks.

Brand new tarmac, as of 6/1/2023, small pilots lounge with restroom, runway 23 is the preferred runway and winds usually make 23 the runway of choice. I’m based here part time and lake havasu the other part.
