September 28, 2025This is quintessential GA airport with an involved pilots group promoting grassroots aviation. A new campsite is being opened up in the woods with plenty of shade, firewood and a campfire. It's slightly on the north side of the field in the wooded area (ask locals or check https://airfield.guide.theraf.org/). There is a courtesy car available for donations and you cannot miss SPELUNKERS the legendary burger place nearby.
