The airport is in superb condition. Very fine pilots lounge with snacks and drinks. There is a crew car there now, but no fuel. Good place to wait out a storm or fly in and golf the Jawbone! Will certainly be back.

Airport manager Lynn was helpful in finding me a hangar for a few nights. Asphalt in front of new hangars is deeply rutted and buckled; use caution with taxiing and towing operations if accessing hangars. Fine rural airfield but minimal services. No fuel onsite so plan to arrive with appropriate reserves. Newly constructed flight lounge with restroom and waiting area is simple but good.

The runway is in superb condition as is the ramp. There are several tie down anchors in well marked Ts, but bring your own ropes. I observed absolutely nothing in the way of services. No fuel, no restroom, no maintenance, nothing. It’s a 2-mile walk into town or you can cycle on a gravel road. The airport gate was always open, so on the one hand you have unfettered access to your plane. On the other hand, so does everybody else.
