December 3, 2025Stopped here for fuel on the way to FFA great facility with easy to access, cheap 100LL. FBO let us borrow a crew car for a lunch run. Brand new very clean car. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm in the area. True gem of an airport.

June 27, 2025Good airport to get to the Outer Banks. No fees for single engine piston, inexpensive gas, very fine & helpful folks, and even loaned us a crew car when we arrived as we had a couple hours to spend before heading to Duck. I would certainly use KONX again to get to the OBX.

June 4, 2025An airport that caters to GA! Flew into KONX to vacation with my family in Corolla. Personnel went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I required. You know this is a good place when one of the staff comes in on his day off to help his coworkers! Lots of welcoming faces and discussions while I was stuck on the ground waiting for fine weather. Good lounge, inexpensive gas, and no landing fees for single piston planes. This is what GA is all about right here!! 15/10 would suggest!!
