November 1, 2025Good airport with fine amenities. They also have a newer rental car that is much better than what you usually find at GA airports.

October 24, 2024Lovely spot atop a ridge with a scenic approach on Rwy 27. Fall colors were plentiful but ensure you keep your focus on the runway and not on the surrounding scenery! Airport manager Jeff was very welcoming and arranged for us to utilize a courtesy car to drive into Pikeville for a meal. The FBO is well furnished and a big ramp assures ample parking for planes. If you're in the vicinity, it is certainly worth a visit.

September 13, 2024Not presently listed in ForeFlight, but $20 per evening for light singles. First evening waived with fuel purchase. Have not landed there yet. Shall publish remark after our flight there next week.
