June 25, 2026Amazing service from the FBO team at PVC! Yesterday when I departed, I left my phone out on the tarmac. The ground crew found it, then used my tail # to figure out my home base. They contacted my home FBO, who passed it along to ATC, and eventually Providence Approach gave me a call in midair saying the ground crew had my phone. .I u-turn back to PVC and the FBO crew had stayed late so I could get my phone, plus they top off my fuel. Seriously above and beyond!
