Flew in September 5th from GSN for lunch. FBO mgr Matt wasn't there but he had a note on the desk to call him. I called him and asked if I could get a ride to one of the nearby diners for lunch. He gave me the code to retrieve the courtesy van keys and I drove myself to lunch and met him when I returned. Very fine fellow. Extremely good FBO.

Good visit to Fulton County Airport. Offered crew car, quick scoot over to "The Dam Landing" pub on Lake Manitou. Appreciate the assistance from Bob at the desk at the airport, and oh my gosh, you cannot beat the cost of the gas! The wind was not being recorded on the AWOS hopefully they get that fixed, but otherwise everything was fine.

Wonderful, friendly spot where the airport manager bends over backwards to assist. Was able to utilize the courtesy car for an extended period to pick up a new starter 100 miles away after the original one failed after refuelling. Awesome onsite maintenance team who was able to get me back in the air. Avgas very well priced too.
