December 24, 2025The extender frequency has been discontinued (131.37). You must call by phone, RCO, or Jax Center to receive your clearance. Do not proceed to the end of Alpha, holding short of 4, and attempt to call Jax; they will not be able to hear you.

December 17, 2025Arrived at 9pm after the FBO services close. Fuel farm (self serve) wasn't operating and after calling the help desk, a Mr. Moon arrived to save my commercial 300 XC flight. I am so very thankful to him for that. That being said I had been delayed almost 3 hours because of the inop fuel farm that was not a NOTAM.

November 29, 2025Called ahead in preparation of a future flight. Girl who answered the phone was extremely pleasant. Landing fee is $15 but waived with a 10 gallon fuel purchase. Free courtesy car available for food which is 5 to 10 minutes away. There is a hotel right on the field at $159 plus tax per night. $20.95 overnight fee for aircraft.

Aircraft departing runway 34 use extrm ctn- approach end of runway 04 not vsb from approach end of runway 34.
All arrivals and departures, including aircraft flying inst approaches, are reqstd to rprt 10 miles from the ap, intns and psn reports to -st simons- CTAF 123.05.
All vfr aircraft adhere to std lh traffic pat.
