March 31, 2025This airport is fine, and is a good place for instruction. Only issue I'd have is the awful odor from the surrounding dairies and factories. Otherwise it's got good rental facilities and reasonable fuel costs for CA.

February 25, 2025Reading prior comments, I think they have fixed some of the issues mentioned. I arrived late and followed the markers along the taxiway to transient parking on the north side. There is no man gate, but the vehicle gate has a button to push to leave and the sign on the main building gave the code to enter. Called the next morning and the personnel said I could pay when returned in 5 days. Departed today and had a good interaction with staff. Hotels short walk. Will return again!
