We flew in 10-11-24 prior to the cheat River fly in. We were able to use the courtesy car and visited the Flight 93 memorial. It's only about 5 miles away. Then had lunch in town. The airport has tie down ropes and chocks for visitors. Good airport, Good service by airport staff. Highly recommend this airport. Charles T.

Despite the FBO details stating it was open until 4pm, we showed up just before that and found it shut. I suggest phoning ahead if you'll be near that time if you require assistance. Nevertheless, there is a restroom and vending available. The airport is nicely kept, and the turf runway is a pleasure. We remained overnight because daylight was fading, wills taxi transported us back and forth from town.

We needed to pause to await improved weather. Airport manager was extremely kind. We felt very welcome.
