Gorgeous spot, runway is in fine condition and the walk ability is fantastic. Apparently the log cabin on the SE of the airfield will be open for flying B&B later this winter 2024. 3 bed rooms 2 bath with sauna, hot tub, games room, bicycles and a car to get to the slopes. Can't wait to see this and spend many more weekends in this cool mountain town.

A preferred spot to visit after doing the tour of Mt. Rainier, and within a short walk to pizza in Packwood.

Excellent field. Very short walk to eateries and a coffee shop - coffee was superb and open at 4pm on a fall Wednesday!
