We made a 3 night stop at CZBB instead of the usual CYVR and we were delighted with the handling from Boundary Bay Air services (aka Alpha Aviation). The team was very helpful at every step of the way, including organizing rental car and hangarage. They were all very professional and proactive in their service. We will certainly return.

CAUTION: Boundary Bay Air Services would not permit my plane to be parked on Apron 3 without signing a Tow Waiver waiving them of all responsibility if they damage the aircraft, including "negligence or gross negligence of Boundary Bay Air Services". I have been a corporate pilot for 13 years flying various aircraft from small singles to midsize jets to hundreds of FBOs around the continent and have never had to waive liability for anything before. I will not be coming back until the policy is modified.

There has been no working WiFi in the terminal or restaurant for years.
