The county has assumed all command of the fuel service. The FBO office is vacant often due staff multi-tasking.

I do not comprehend the negative remarks on fuel services. I am based at KAPN and fuel there several times a month. I have never run into any issues obtaining fuel during operational hours. The personnel is very professional, quick, and cordial. Fuel prices are consistently fair. Highly suggest!

Avoid this FBO like the plague, the fuel service provided by Huron was leagues above what is supplied nowadays by the county FBO. Until APN brings back fuel service at Huron I will be remaining far away from this airport for any of my fueling requirements.
