Really fine FBO with super welcoming line service. We were instantly greeted, parked and offered a nice crew vehicle. The airport is a little busy with training activity, but it's a good facility and an easy stop.

Very fine people. But when I arrived, they directed me across town to collect my Hertz rental car. When we got there, the Hertz manager stated he left it at the FBO. So drove all the way back and certainly enough, it was waiting there with the keys at the front desk. Also, left plane overnight and they lacked indoor hanger space. Next morning had trouble getting engine started because of cold temps and they did not possess an engine pre-heater or a jump box. Then lacked list of mobile A&Ps.

Building is fine and tidy. However personnel is slow and unapologetically impolite. Do not rely on quick or fine assistance. I arrived many instances to an empty FBO wondering how on earth I was going to get fuel, only to call the numbers on the wall to find someone and being scolded afterwards. Once they do appear, they take completely ages to get the truck moving and to fuel your plane. It took almost 40 mins to get 30 gals of 100LL. Overall SS needs to fix whatever CS issues they have going on.
