The woman at the front desk has been impolite at every visit. Shirley has the least amount of customer skills possible. The men on the ramp were professional until you have to deal the woman covering the front seat. We waited outside until they opened. She pulls up into the front parking space which should be reserved for patrons. No greeting just griping. I come to this FBO monthly for business but I wish our company would move elsewhere.

Awful FBO, steer clear if you are able. Everyone we interacted with were extremely rude, especially the lady at the front desk, who then charged us a $15 ramp fee despite telling me earlier on the phone that SAME DAY that they don't charge one unless you use the car or stay longer than 2 hours (we stayed for a whopping 5 minutes). Avoid if you can, I definitely won't be returning. Haven't met people so impolite in a long time.
