Flew in to visit the Ark Encounter. Rental was waiting on the ramp and all the staff was super helpful and kind. On departure day they pulled our plane right up front. Controllers were great too. Super easy getting in and out of the Bravo. Thanks to all the staff for a good experience. Highly recommend.

Flew in last weekend with a piston Piper. Crew greeted my family and Me with a carpet in front of the plane door. Very fine and prompt. The front desk staff were quick and going in and out of this FBO was simple. Good crew cars. Zero complaints. Getting in and out of the airport was also straightforward considering the size and traffic at this Bravo.

Bogus Charges and declined to clarify Flew in a Cherokee to collect a passenger at Premier FBO. Was there for around 5 minutes and utilized no services. Fellow working the desk secured the door and declined to permit us to depart until we settled a charge of some kind. I reviewed the FBO site, AFD, Foreflight Remarks and could discover no charges. After paying regardless, I inquired with him where the charges were posted, he declined to furnish the details, and stated he did not have time to deal with me, and I ought to "learn to be more modest"
