April 29, 2026It took the Florida legislature-and a little common sense-to stop the reckless use of ADS-B data for billing, with the law taking effect July 1. Even after hearing from local pilots, this airport's management still appears determined to collect fees through Vector. The signs point to a switch to cameras, along with higher charges; they're even billing for touch n go's. Why fly to an airport that has so little respect for pilots and GA? I'd suggest using another airport in the region.

April 28, 2026Thankfully, Governor DeSantis has signed legislation banning landing fees for aircraft below 12,500 pounds max gross weight, collected by vector using ADSB. This takes effect July 1, 2026. If vector sends you a bill, just throw it straight in the trash.
