Landed after declaring emergency due to lost alternator while IFR. FBO was very helpful in finding a mechanic and providing a crew car (a Mercedes SUV). Cannot overstate how friendly and helpful everyone was. After repair by Edmunds, who fit us in and did good work, we were on our way later that day. FBO facilities are very nice. Will make this my new cross-country stop.

A flawless illustration of an FBO experience....in town for some fast business. Was offered the Courtesy Car April was so accommodating looking out for any requirements that might occur before departure. Thank you all for supplying a fine experience that ought to be the standard for all FBO's.

What a WONDERFUL group of people here at Arkansas Air Center! Everybody is friendly, polite, helpful. I was in the area for work and they accommodated me and two other coworkers with hangar space and all of the full services one would expect for a biz jet. Come check them out!!
