March 17, 2025Called on 18 April 25 to get clarification on RWY 11/29 NOTAM. Airfield manager was clueless as to who issued the NOTAM for wingspan/height/speed restrictions, and their subordinate said that it was "because a plane had crashed this morning". The tower manager was EXTREMELY RUDE telling me that "the airport commission sets those restrictions" and that he didn't know why... then hung up on me.
