October 26, 2025Came in for a weekend at UofR. Everyone was friendly and courteous. ATC was good. Avflight was good, I did not feel that their fees were too much. A fine experience all the way around.

November 2, 2024For a small (and not very busy) commercial airport, this is one of more GA unfriendly airports I've observed. One FBO has tiedowns in the grass for $40/ evening, another has tiedowns on the tarmac nowhere near the FBO for $45 a night. Hangars are incredibly high. It seems like the airport exists to serve the employees rather than patrons. I've been here 3 times and had multiple bad experiences with having my nose pant dinged up in my Lancair. I stay at Leroy and simply absorb the long Uber ride.

October 25, 2024First time going to KROC we are in CYOO. Customs on the phone was a little tough but the customs guys were fantastic. They come right to AVFlight. The FBO was good also quick and friendly plus CAA.

Multiple unshielded lights in final approach area runway 28.
No practice apchs or maint eng run-ups between 2300-0600.
Papi runway 22; papi runway 10, runway 25 and runway 28 operate 24 hours.
