Roswell Air Center (KROW)

AvFlight was fantastic. We arrived in a Cessna 140 and needed hangar space overnight so the fabric wings would be protected from a storm coming in. They were really accommodating. We hoped to leave as early as we could the next morning, and the FBO staff said we could come by before their posted opening time. We got there 30 minutes early, and maintenance had already brought our plane out to the ramp! Front desk also knows an excellent local cab driver.

The staff at ROW were incredibly helpful! Everyone greeted us professionally, and they took care of all our requests without delay. We needed to remain there while waiting for our passengers, and the facilities made the wait very comfortable.

The Avflight crew is about as friendly as it gets at an FBO. The complimentary nachos, fountain drinks, and candy are an awesome bonus. The courtesy car and facilities are both nice. I left my flight bag on the ramp by accident, and they quickly contacted me to figure out how to get it shipped back, even covering the cost themselves. Truly amazing people. I’d gladly make a detour to stop at this FBO again.
