November 23, 2025Fine FBO but controllers might be improved. Had me holding in the pattern for traffic 10 miles out and then had me holding short for departure for traffic over 5 miles out as well. I held short for above 20 minutes for traffic well outside the airspace. Never had a controller space aircraft that far away from each other. So if you are VFR and land here, anticipate lengthy delays.

November 22, 2025Avoid flying close to or into this facility because of the automated landing fee system. They charge based on ADSB information irrespective of whether you truly land or not! Best of luck arguing anything with the call center.

Atct non visible area on taxiway alpha 425 ft west of taxiway alpha 1.
Designated Customs Landing: Us customs user fee airport.
Fire fighting aircraft contact us forest svc tanker base on gnd freq 123.975.
For cd when atct closed contact socal approach at 800-448-3724.
High terrain N and E of airport.
Periodic live firefighting training producing smoke and light emmisions approx 6,000 ft NE of runway 6 thld.
Redlands airport (rei) 4.5 nm east tpa 2500 MSL CTAF/aunicom 123.05. aerobatic area 6.2 nm east 3500-7000 MSL. rmn vigilant to see and avoid.
