GCO was not functioning, just made buzzing sound. Ended up utilizing my phone via Bluetooth to headset and phoning the Charlotte clearance phone number directly. That went well but took about 7 minutes.

New policy on access to ramp, no gate code so after 7pm when FBO closes you have zero access to your plane unless your based there I guess, left voice mail complaining to airport manager, surprise, no reply. I moved my plane to Chester KDCM, no ramp overnight fee and 100LL was a $1.05 cheaper, fine quiet airport, much happier there then UZA, UZA FBO overnight fee and fuel getting to costly for a Archer. Go elsewhere!
