April 12, 2025Avoid KVNY while one runway is closed and the other one is shortened. It took me 40 minutes to land and they gave me a number of fly overs and 360s. Go to Santa Monica instead. Very little traffic there.

December 30, 2024Signature East was fantastic. I was wary about high charges, even for a small plane (a Saratoga). Signature East only charged $8 plus 10 gals minimum fuel purchase for a whole day (not sure what they charge for overnight). The personnel was super-nice, the line crew was also. Comfortable modern facility as well. I have found my new Go-To FBO at KVNY.

October 25, 2024There is NO transient parking for any plane at ALPHA or South of ALPHA. All tie downs are reserved for helicopter & airplane tenants only.

All jet aircraft must use full runway length for departure unless otherwise directed by atct.
APT Lighting Schedule: When atct closed actvt malsr runway 16r; hirl runway 16r/34l; taxiway lights - CTAF.
Bird abatement may occur between runways when atct is open.
Designated Customs Landing: Us customs user fee airport.
Due to aircraft on kbur runway 8 final rcvg tcas ra, pls adhere strictly to tpa and climb gradients.
Extreme noise sensitive area.
For cd when atct closed contact socal approach at 800-448-3724.
Formation arrivals and departures prohibited except for emergency response aircraft.
