June 25, 2026Really nice airport with solid approaches. The flight schools keep it pretty busy. Most of the Tower controllers seem able to manage the pressure.

April 29, 2026Stopped at VRB for brunch at CJ Cannon's on 3/22. The Tower was busy as usual, but Sun State took good care of us as always. Food was excellent, too. Right now there’s outdoor construction, and a screened fence blocks the view from the windows, so there isn’t much to watch. Until the work is finished, bring some interesting conversationalists to keep the meal lively!
