We stopped at Signature to top off at the self serve pump. Everything went well and we were in and out rapidly. Ashley was very helpful in answering all our inquiries.

Diverted here for weather. The service and FBO was so-so... $45 to park per night (for a Cessna 150) and the tie down rings are full of mud/trash. Bring your own tie downs as well if you want to tie your plane down and be prepared to get dirty. They waived the handling fee (they didn't touch my plane) because I bought self serve fuel. The self serve fuel pump doesn't print receipts and the fuel hose is just strewn about in the grass. Overall not very impressed and won't be returning.

I dont prefer to add on however once more quite let down with the quantity of time it requires to get fueled at Signature AVL. Knowing they require a long period I phoned 90 minutes in advance but wound up waiting an additional 90 minutes after showing up at the FBO. The Phenom parked beside me had phoned 4 hours ahead of time and he was still waiting. The justification that they got slammed is not sound with today's advance planning systems like ForeFlight etc. Shameful with the fuel costs there. 6/27/25 Noon
