November 30, 2025Well, we don't have a J in our name. We are the poor single engine aircraft, not a jet, so we are bottom of the barrel. You will get better assistance if u bring the J in your name. They blame "we r busy" but it's more apparent about the upper and lower class. Not my preferred FBO anymore! Our shuttle was called as soon as wheels were down, but the jet arrived first, even though they landed after us.

September 24, 2025Good experience coming in here - helpful controller who gave progressive instructions to transient since it was our first time, and the FBO van was waiting with AC blasting and even tied us down while we got our bags out. Fine to have a simple approach and departure path avoiding all the Vegas airspace.

September 15, 2025You never know what your gonna get with these controllers. Most have been wonderful, but there a a few who don't follow proper procedure and terminology and then are very rude when asked for clarification on the clearance provided. They (the few) are very unprofessional, and confrontational and argumentative, almost like they are itching for a drink at the end of the shift. Again, most have been fine, but thefew...the rest of the airport is fantastic, all in aviation and the terminal, great!
