June 11, 2023Call signature before bringing any 100LL plane. fuel truck was broken, every times we stopped for customs. once we without calling, then Both times we confirm via phone the fuel truck was working and they said yes and it was not on arr. If they tell you it’s working tell them to quadruple check before you hang up the phone. If not, it’s an inconveniently short hop to flying cloud FCM. Always give the clearance or ground control. A little hint why and I’ll get you the FCM fairly quickly VFR

May 17, 2023Controllers are professional but friendly. Took my 206 in under IFR with low mins. I did not get the feeling that I was bothersome to them. I was grateful for how they managed my arrival.

September 29, 2021On a VFR arrival, controller wants me to dial in the ILS frequency so they can be sure you are aiming for the proper runway as they run parallel runways. So be ready.
