July 9, 2026Still a great airport/FBO. The FBO staff were really helpful, with an inexpensive overnight charge and a fair daily hangar-storage rate. A very nice line guy assisted with unloading the plane and gave us a ride over to the terminal rental-car area. Hangar availability isn't guaranteed, but there was space open during my visit.

June 29, 2026Huge lounge! Really nice, business like. Staff is friendly. ATC at Chicago Bravo, Madison APP, and center are all GA friendly and easy to deal with. Yes, even Chicago APP and B when transitioning around the lower lake are easy, and they will work with you. For such a busy area, it was simple to get through, stop, and fuel up. All positive - the best ATC i have ever worked with.

November 30, 2025Amazing FBO with attached eatery. Coffee, tee, restroom with amenities. Pilots lounge with shower and sleep room. Wonderful personnel. Fine background music. No landing or ramp fee, gas purchase is appreciated. Two courtesy cars. I drove a minivan. Personnel had good suggestions. Linesman flagged me in, put chocks under my plane and made sure everything with the plane was good. Good experience
