We’ve been utilizing this FBO for many years. We’ve always discovered the customer service inside to be fine, but assistance on the ramp has typically been insufficient. Usually understaffed, and those that were on duty were inattentive to customer requirements. It was almost self-serve after they parked us and again on departure. I’m pleased to report that under a new general manager, the ramp service is now good. Well staffed and the line personnel stay with the aircraft on arrival and departure to ensure needs are met.

Ontario Jet Center is pure greed. Dan at Jet Center Refuses any Angel Flight accommodations. I picked up 3 hearing impaired kids and their gear from northern CA battling the IMC smoke from our notorious fires to bring them home to Ontario. I probably spent over a thousand dollars to do this mission; that’s the deal, I comprehend that. But usually FBOs waive the ramp fee and give a buck off a gallon, and that helps us volunteer pilots do this. I called Dan, the manager, and asked if they offered any fuel discounts, and not only would they not discount any fuel, they even charged me a ramp fee just to drop the 3 hearing impaired kids off!
