September 6, 2025While the eateries closed, strongly suggest Parque 1055, around 2 miles distant in the city. We secured an Uber trip for $10. The cuisine is extremely good. Inside is an open space with big TV displays, a bar, etc. There is a quite pleasant exterior section with ample shade and water features, etc. Quite fine. The avocado toast is truly good.

July 1, 2025Be advised, the on-field restaurant, Flight 126 Cafe, is closed. Unknown whether this is temporary or permanent. Lease issue, reportedly.

+4 ft sign in prmary surface at NE end of airport.
Be alert to wires crossing over river bed adjacent to runway 04/22. locations: 1.5 miles & 3.5 miles SW approach end runway 04. also, 1,500 ft and 2.5 miles NE approach end runway 22.
Daily aerobatic activity 3-18 miles east up to 5,255 ft AGL, monitor on 122.775.
Enter pat from extdd downwind leg or enter from a crosswind leg at least 1 mi beyond the dep end of active runway.
