Nashville International (KBNA)

This is about Atlantic Aviation-not the front counter or management-but after staying 5 nights in a CJ2+ with no fuel and paying almost a $1900 bill for "only" parking, you’d think they wouldn’t add anything when I departed and came back 4 hours later. Instead, I got hit with another $585 fee. I also requested a GPU the night before and asked to be on the line at 9am, but got neither.

Atlantic FBO is a really well managed and handy spot to stop. Somewhat costly, but worth the assistance. Sabrina was very helpful today. Had to remain with the jet and was hungry for a sandwich. She suggested a location, phoned in an order, went and got it for us, and was pleased to do it. Good disposition, cordial. Will return again many times in the future.

Signature is very disorganized. There is no leadership present there. We flew in on Tuesday night and waited for 5 minutes to be marshaled in to park. We requested to be fueled that night for our two night stay. Upon departure day, arriving an hour before departure we still were not fueled. After calling the second day to ask to be fueled asap. The lady inside was not helpful at all. I had to plead with the line guys to fuel us. We finally got fueled after much pleading. This is the worst signature in the USA.
